Get your Next Registration Form

1) Click on this March registration as Word link and download the Microsoft Word format file to your local drive. You may typically do this by right-click on the link and select save file as.

2) Edit the Microsoft form with your information and save your file. Send this form to Doug as an attachment for your registration.

3) If you cannot open a Word document, this March registration as PDF link provides the same registration form as PDF file that may be printed and filled out with the manual writing utility. Send this to Doug ASAP.
